Getting here
Guests usually drive. Daylesford is about 115 km from Melbourne, roughly an hour and a half by car, via the Calder Freeway or the Western Freeway through Ballarat. Melbourne Airport is about 95 km away and Avalon about 99 km. Without a car, guests take a V/Line train to Woodend or Ballarat and a connecting coach, which takes closer to three hours. It's worth spelling this out for guests who plan to drink wine and not drive.

How do I fill Sunday to Thursday nights in Daylesford?
